Delivery within Malaysia
Orders are currently accepted for delivery within Malaysia. Available delivery services and final charges are shown during checkout.
For eligible West Malaysia orders, the standard delivery charge is RM6 for one to five bottles and RM10 for six bottles or more. Customers in East Malaysia should contact customer service before ordering to confirm current delivery availability, charges and estimated transit time.
Orders are prepared after payment has been received and verified. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier disruption or an incomplete delivery address.
Returns
Contact sales@purtier.my before returning any product. Include the order number, reason for the request and photographs when an item arrived damaged, incorrect or materially different from the order.
For safety and hygiene, opened or used health supplements generally cannot be accepted for a change-of-mind return. Nothing on this page limits rights available under applicable Malaysian consumer law.
